Heather, Lead Orthodontic Technician

Nashville, Tennessee native Heather is an orthodontic assistant at Braces by Dr. Ruth. A 2010 graduate from Remington College for Dental Assisting, Heather went on to complete her internship at Braces by Dr. Ruth and has been an asset to the team ever since. Heather assists in all aspects of patient care, from putting on dental hardware to taking them off at the end of a successful treatment.

“I had braces when I was younger, so I know what it feels like to a have a beautiful smile and I want to help individuals have that same experience. It is an incredible feeling to see a patient’s confidence improve as their smile does. I am so proud to be able to work with such a wonderful and focused team.”

In Heather’s free time she can often be found shopping, going to the movies, and spending time with friends and family.
